How about a new challenge? Fitness challenge!


We have already made some changes in a field called “eating”. Now we are finally ready to change something, guess where? Yup, you are right, it is fitness time.

For this week, I have made a decision, after thinking a lot, a looot, to do something from an amazing Instagram account. I once accidentally found her account on Instagram and it was a love from the first sight. Hahhaa 😀 Ok, I just think her little videos there are amazing, so I thought it would be nice to start follow her videos from this week and finally do something to say “goodbye” to that little, annoying fat layer on my body.

This is a challenge for at least 2 weeks, twice a week I am reday to do her little workouts. Actually I am not sure, if I am even able to call them workouts, but little steps are the strongest, so let’s do it. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my days to have a little fitness time, will you join me?
