My Lip Balm Routine

DSC_0082Yes, trust me or not, but I really do have a lip balm routine. I use different lip balms in different parts of the day, but I just can’t imagine applying lip balms differently.

Baby Lips Lip Balm Peppermint 010

This is my most universal lip balm. Baby Lips Lip Balm is always in my handbag or pocket and I like the fresh feeling it gives to my lips when applying it. I must admit, I am not the biggest fan of the formula and I don’t think I would repurchase it, but in my opinion this a great go-to lip balm for everyday. Even though, I already mentioned that this lip balm is always in my handbag, that is just for safety reasons. Actually, the place I use it the most is when I am at home, as it is very easy and convenient to grab and apply Baby Lips to my real lips when necessary.

Dr. Pawpaw Original Balm

I received this little, cute thing in my look fantastic beauty box a long time ago, but even know,  I fall more and more in love with the Dr. Pawpaw Original Balm with each month. This is my miracle product for the lips on the evenings, as I feel the texture and thick formula make wonders during your beauty sleep. Even though, at first, I was a bit skeptical about this product, don’t judge a man by his hat.

Kiko Kiss Balm 02 Apricot

This is the only tinted lip balm I own and actually I have ever owned. This little beauty is also almost always in my handbag, but I somehow tend to use it less often than the Baby Lips Lip Balm. Kiko Kiss Balm 02 apricot has a great colour, even though, I am not a big fan of orange colour when it comes to lips, I still think it looks great. I like to use Kiko Balm when I am in school or outdoors. I think the packaging looks amazing, but somehow we aren’t really on the same wave with this lip balm. I find the scent far too strong for my nose receptors and the formula also, in my opinion, is not the best I have ever tried. I am not really too sure, whether I would ever really like to repurchase this product again, but if you are a person who likes to try out different tinted lip balms, I would suggest this one to you, as they have a lot of different colours and scents for Kiss Balm and I think everyone could find something to their preferences.

Ooh! I love lip balm. I make most of mine, though. Can’t beat the price. 🙂

I also really like to make my own, as I feel there are much better ingredients and the price is spectacular, though, recently I haven’t really got much time to this, but you inspired me to start to make DIY lip balms again, thanks! 🙂

I’m obsessed with moisturizing my lips too! I hate it when it’s dry and chapped!

I really need to purchase something that helps with the dryness. Nothing seems to work so far.
